Pleas read this thorought before ordering a commission from me. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions of service stated in this document. Please be noted that the contest in this document are subjet to change without previous notice, always check first before placing your order.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

🌸 I reserve de rigth to decline a commission if i dont feel comfortable with it or think i can not do it

PAYMENT

🌸 Must be paid upfront
🌸 Payment method is PAYPAL for worldwide orders, and dierct bank transfer & PAYPAL Mexico.
🌸Please dont send any money without prior confirmation of you order. After i confirm i can take your commission i will provide the payment information & invoice for your payment.
🌸 After placing your order you have 3 days to pay, after 3 days if the payment hasn’t bee made, i’ll assume you dont want the commission anymore and cancel your order.

PROCESS

🌸 First come first serverd basis. I work on commission as orders are being placed and paid.
🌸 After i start your commission you will receive 1 sketch for revision. You can check pose and expression, and change details if desired. This is your chance to make any changes if you wish to. If you there any, i’ll send you a sencond sketch with the changes made for approval. Any extra changes you want to make at this phase or any further phases of the process will have extra charge of $3USD per change. If you want me to start the sketch over, the extra charge is $15USD . Small marking or missing elements mistakes are free or charge, but any other modifications have an extra cost. Please revise your order carefully!
🌸 I dont usually provide WIP pictures, so if you wanna see any you need to let me know in advance.

TIME & DELIVERY

🌸 Please provide a valid e - mail address when placing your order . Your final full - res commission will be delivered by a link to a google drive folder , and sent to your e - mail . Make sure to download your files because I eventually de clean up my drive folders and they won't stay up permanently .
🌸 Turnaround time is 1 to 4 weeks regularly . If there's delays due to any major circumstances I will let you know immediately , but usually this is not the case .
🌸 I do NOT work with deadlines . Please make sure you ask for your commission with plenty of time in advance if you want it done by an specific date .
🌸 I de net work with rush orders .

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

🌸 Altering the artwork in significant ways without consent is not allowed . Do not edit , modify , recolor or trace it . However you can crop , resize or re - frame and use as part of other designs as you wish .
🌸Commissioned artwork is for personal use only .
🌸Reproducing / using the the artwork commercially is forbidden . If you need artwork intended for the creation of merchandise , or any usage that represents monetary profit different conditions and rates apply .
🌸You can use the artwork to promote yourself , your social media and other platforms with appropriate credits . Printing the artworx for non - commercial purposes is also allowed .
🌸I retain the right to all artwork created .
🌸Unless stated otherwise in the commission form , I can upload and share the commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio for promotion purposes .
🌸Re - selling commissioned artwork is not allowed

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

🌸 If payment hasn't been cleared yet , you can cancel your commission at any time .
🌸After payment has been made , there are no cancellations or refunds . Se please take your time to consider this !
🌸 If there are any major circumstances on my side which partially or completely impede me from realizing er finishing your cemission , I will get in touch with you to discuss partial er full refunds .I WON'T DRAW
